Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

well done PJ..:) I have started using my bike again recently for cross training and if I dont feel like running I go for a ride instead, plus I pulled my calf muscle a little while ago and cycling seemed to be the only thing I could do that gave me some relief from the discomfort.

Tempted to start the run mile every day in June challenge from John66...got to make a decision on that one!!...

Has anyone tried pool running if injured? I felt like such an idiot I resorted to ordinary swimming but find it really dull compared to running (and hard work!). Cycling's great cross training too, love the wind in your hair!

Damn injured myself running teh Tunnel 10K yesterday :-( . Managed to hurt my right knee - is there any room on the injured step for me this week?

Here's hoping it is just a strain and nothing more serious. Hope everyone else is feeling fit and healthy this week.
