Notes & Comments

Peak squatty DOMS! Other aches and pains from unaccustomed activities (upper body/lower back) settled with a bit of moving around. Opted for a short unforced run (actual Z2, as it turns out!) rather than wimping out and going for a walk. Though I might do that as well.
Light rain throughout. Not warm, but I'm in shorts now and in shorts I intend to remain for now.
