Initial plan was to run to Wigton with a (mostly) tail wind and 'phone eL Bee! to pick me up, but once I was out the wind didn't seem any more troublesome than it has been over the past few days. Added bits on as I went along, but two hours felt like enough.
One shower of rain early on and one shower of hail in Mile 8, but I had dressed in anticipation of precipitation. Deep floodwater just before Arkleby bridge.
208 Dustbin Tempo.
Edit: Reclassified from General to Long Run on 17/5/24.

Good run! I like Dustbin tempo, it's my favourite training zone
Thanks I'm going to have to front load this week because I'm travelling on Friday and supporting at London on Sunday.
