I confess to being up half a stone on the year :-(. However, I now have a secret weapon in the form of a new drug for my diabetes, which has a side effect of suppressing appetite. Hoping for better things

Fragile Do Not Bend
I find out on Wednesday what damage two weeks of eating too much have done. Whatever it is, I’m still ending the year at least a stone down - but still approx a stone heavier than when I started taking my eye off the ball a couple of years ago.
