About Me
Had been going to the gym for a number of years when a marathon runner friend said he was taking part in our local 10k race, so I thought what the hell! Did it in 49.30 and was hooked. Since then have been running more and more and uping the distance each time. Took part in the Run to the beat in London recently and am thinking of another half marathon... who knows after that!
