About Me
Been massively overweight and taken up running towards the end of 2014 and as the weight fell off (thank you low carb) I have started to get more serious.

My 2014 onwards 5K PB fallen from 35 minutes to 23 minutes and want sub 22 before the year is out.

Running the odd 10k and half marathon and aim to run a marathon in the next few years.

Previously had an extremely bad foot condition (Ledderhose disease) so just happy to be running at all
