yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!! new PB, 3rd overall and first vet. very happy especially as it wasnt a PB course and it was bloomin windy out there today.
You're just getting quicker and quicker!! What next then? Have you thought of going for a sprinty mile - though there aren't too many around x
