Mells Scenic 7. Felt pretty crap even warming up, very tired and heavy. Started off well (pushing my way near to the front) but soon realised it wasn't going to be a good day after less than a mile. Had a bit of a race with Ian for a while but then lost it after a few more miles. Got overtaken a lot more in the second half and had to walk a lot up the hills. Struggled to finish in the end and came 26 out of 196. I think top 10 would have been on the cards if I was fit and feeling good.
