Wolvey 5 race. Very odd race, pace up and down - all over the place. Went off much too fast Garmin said mile one was 6:08, but first mile marker didn't come up for another 100mtrs or more. Eased off a little in mile 2 and picked it up too much in mile 3. Paid for it in mile 4 but got back on target for the final mile and picked off two places in the sprint for the line, including MarkB - felt a little bad about that as I wanted him to make the team but once I got it going I had to keep going - Sorry mark.
