LEICESTER 10K. Around Abbey Park. A very twisty-turning course with some steps from the canal to car park. Flat course apart from a couple of ramps.

Set off too quick and then after 1.5m settled in behind a guy from Hinckley. Followed him all the way to the finish. Tried to outsprint him but he beat me, even though the last .2m was very fast.

Very pleased with the time as haven't done any speed training but couldn't have given any more.
