Masters XC Championships @ Irvine Moorlands.
Finished 9th.Got Gold Team Medal with Ronhill Cambuslang.Felt good in 1st lap going thru in 10:52 then started to feel terrible in 2nd & 3rd laps.Was lucky to hold onto my place as the 4th Team counter.Went thru the 2nd & 3rd laps in roughly 12 mins each.Went away too fast @ start & paid for it BIG TIME.Good race as the quality was very good.
