Riverside half Bizzairly I didnt think it was going to be my day at 3 miles, felt tired and when I saw the 3.5 water station which we see again at 9, I was dreading how I would feel at 9! But at 5 something happened, I got positive, felt better and flew through to 8, at which point I knew I fhte damage was limited in 9 and 10 Id be OK for the last 3, and it went to plan. a 1 min PB (1:28:32) and Im chuffed. Think I could go a bit quicker too, with the right training and no injuries. Split Summary

Didn't see you since I was cycling further down the field, but you obviously finished well for a PB. Well done and congrats on 1st Women's Team.
