The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.

Started off a bit too fast and so carried on as hard as I could (comfortably hard). Felt good after 5 miles so targeted 10 miles before deciding to go for 1.20.
Then pushed hard through town and then hard up New Walk. Felt as though I was losing form towards the end but kept going as hard as possible.
5 miles in 29.19 10 miles in 59.52 (30.33) Last 3.1m in 19.17
Very pleased as I gave it my all and didn't back off at all.
