London marathon: was feeling good going into this and up for a bp. legs never felt like they did in training so couldn't get into a 7:15/7:30 groove. Was 30s/ml slower for the same HR. H2 more consistent but not fast enough but pleased with -ve split. Overall a fantastic occasion and great to meet all the Vics at the end. The run was more important than the time.

from your even pacing it looks like you probably had the most enjoyable run, and a very nice -ve spilt, glad you enjoyed it

Well done steve m8 and loving the chillaxed attitude about not bothering about a time as the run and the occasion was more important!!

Great race yet again and you just got stronger as the race went on.
