Alloa HM. Having had laryngitis all week this was never going to be good and it wasn't. Turned into MP run after about 4 miles and ran steady to the end. Very cold start, some wind but lovely and sunny. Hillier route than I expected, especially in the opening miles. Mile markers randomly scattered along the course - should have run with a GPS.
