Hope the arm is OK. Sometimes the metalwork in my hip feels like it's clicking during squats and lunges. Something I suppose I should get checked. Haven't yet though! 🤪😂
Lol, thanks. I've been doing my best to ignore it for a while but it's starting to limit some things now I'm adding a bit of weight so should probably be sensible for a change 🙈
