Notes & Comments

With eL Bee!, on our road bikes, and with a functioning HRM this time. My bum is quite tender from yesterday's ride (so are my trapezii, interestingly; race vest shoulders exercises obviously don't translate into bike handlebar holding fitness) and I had the loop to the coast and back in mind, but when eL Bee! suggested a complete Adam's Loop I thought, might as well. Main road at the start to get Fetchpoint bugs, Blennerhasset at the finish to avoid road works on the A596.
