Garmin recommended a rest day, and it possibly wasn't wrong! But it's not looking at the whole week.
60 minutes easy. Legs comically stiff; no propulsion on even little updulates. They did loosen up towards the end of the run.
Not cold, but stiff breeze from the north-west.
