Notes & Comments

Set off for a run, feeling good even though I was a little out of breath. Got down onto the lonning and bang down I went. I’ve hurt my knee, opposite leg to my hip/thigh problems. Pic below. It’s really throbbing now. Luckily I had my leggings on or it would have been worse, I also had gloves on so no scuffed hands. I tried to do a roll to protect myself 😂. Came straight home as I was covered in mud which I’ve had to rinse off everything before putting in the wash. Will try again later if my knee feels ok.
