🏃‍♂️ Richmond park parkrun A narrow start on trail opens up a little on the tarmac. Half the course on tarmac downhill then trail back with a few little inclines that test the legs in the last mile. Still sniffing (cold) so happy today absolutely beautiful morning 🌅
