Frostbite Hinchinbrooke, very muddy under foot and slippy in areas, was going really well but the forth mile was awful, felt crap and lost a min on that mile, would have been a pb if I kept up the pace. Overall though a good time for the conditions and came in at 144 rather than 220 odd for the last Frostbite.
