Bower Park parkrun for the first time this year. Surface hasn't improved; rough trail, soggy grass, puddles. Course has been twiddled a little. Had a reasonable run.

My local one is still off due to flooding and ice and I had too much Prosecco yesterday to be able to drive anywhere this morning. I will walk a little later instead. I need coffee.
