Mill Road, Prom, round boatyard, golf course, Brae Toll, Avenue, lap of Victory Park, lap of the houses then home.

Started the plod off ok after yesterday’s rest day celebrating Sunbed Juniors graduation 👨‍🎓 📜 then just before the 3rd mile mark I hit the deck badly gashing my knee along with my nose and forehead took a fair brunt of the impact. Going by the mile splits, again looks like I was out/down for a minute!

Continuing the plod slightly slower paced.
