Not going to be fast because of racing tomorrow. Started at the back to work through but ended up running with Dawn. I ran with her and we chatted the first 2 laps. Last week she ran a PB of 33.47. If alone she may have walked or slowed more, I encouraged her for the last bit and she PB'd by 10 seconds. All her own work as I didn't pace her. Very pleased for her.
