Great race and great performance. I'd turn up secretly hoping to run around 3:45, so am tickled pink to come within 69 seconds of my 25 year old PB.

Was feeling great today and after an easy 3 miles, I picked it up gradually and was really moving after 9 miles.

Ran the first 10 in 86 mins, then 80 for the second 10. Also managed to pull off a 1:51 first half with a 1:47 second half.

Very happy with this.
