2.5km swim

Used a new technique for my crawl that was brilliant. Way quicker and with less effort. I managed to do my entire session using crawl. No need to switch to breaststroke to recover.

10 length (250m) splits:

4:53, 4:55, 4:59, 4:52, 5:00, 5:00, 4:53, 4:56, 4:59, 4:57

The two 5:00 in the middle were slower due to leaky googles that needed emptying and reseating. Otherwise every set below 5 mins which makes it at least 30 seconds per set quicker than before. Brilliant. And I didn't feel knackered afterward so could probably have kept going.
