Not very interesting, but the alternative would have been even less interesting. Colder than earlier, had to totter over some slippy bits.
HR high for the pace as expected 24 hours after a blood donation.
119 Base. Garmin seems have become better at not dumping these slow grey zone runs into Tempo.

I needed a few rest days after my donations which is why I only managed a few. It took out a lot of me. I normally don't make the minimum weight so it's always a bit borderline. They were a bit reluctant to take me the first time, too.

So I'm applauding those who can donate because I probably shouldn't anymore.
