wind unhelpful most of the time and different bits of legs kept making themselves known but it's really my head that just doesn't like working hard and the 'can'ts' creep in
disappointed didn't get to 8 mins in the third one and hr not as high as on Thursday either - think actually the bands should come down a beat or two?
