Wabo said she was coming so got up early. To go and to run round
Well taking it easy. Before run garmin said 26 hours recovery so take it as easy as possible.

This parkrun was taken over by local club Thurrock Nomads and was run in reverse which was interesting. Like a different parkrun as someone said felt longer but thats because i ran yesterday

Surprised I must haven't ok as each mile quicker than the previous not by a few seconds either
