I just can’t work out the distance on the Garmin and if I set it on a program it doesn’t beep . I think maybe next week I’ll go by time instead. And don’t go there about pushing the lap button. It’s like I’ve gone brain dead with it. Just why 😂😂😂😂

Or... measure out the distance you want with the route plotter, so that it's bench to bench or something like that. Then just run.
