Great running Kelv, was it warm? You can see the pace dropped off.
Yes, it was too warm for me. I tried to hold 7.45/mi but had to switch to trying to keep the average pace under 8.00/mi soon after halfway.
That's a shame because I'm sure you're good for a 3.15 time.
