First run since the Fetch Jingle Mile on 3rd December 2022.
The L foot chilblains had eased and the R ankle wasn't too stiff, plus the ankle and lower leg were not so puffy as they have been.
I was going to use a trail but an unpleasant neighbour from the next street and her more unpleasant dog had just entered the trail and I waited to see which path they would take. They took mine, so I used the Busway instead for the first part.
Windy, 30mph.

I'm not sure if someone has borrowed your Garmin as someone is logging a run with it :-o :-)
Flatlander
Oh thanks :-) .
I thought I had lost it and I was wondering where it had got to. :-p
Fenland Flier
Really nice to see you have managed to get out for a run again.
Flatlander
I remembered what to do. ;-)

Apparently it's like walking but a bit quicker 🤷‍♂️😂😂
