Thanks! Yes, my mileage has gone nuts since the end of last summer, relative to anything I did before. At the end of August, I moved to the Forest of Dean, which is just stunning scenery to run in, and is full of hills and technical terrain, which turns out to make for great training, making me fitter by default! Also, I broke my foot on the last day before moving here, so it was a few weeks before I could get stuck in - I think the combination of factors led to me throwing myself into running like never before, which has been great 🙂
