Fast friendly PB hotspot. Sheltered tree lined tarmacked track. Definitely worth a visit. Perfect confidence builder for first time park runners or speed merchants pushing for PBS

Speedy out and back

Nice out and back in good paths, slightly uphill on the way out so you get the benefit on the way home. No toilets.

Out and back on decent paths, slight incline on way out so nice run back. Small free car park, toilets slight walk away. Bit conjested at start but soon spreads out.
