Hills of Death (HOD) Achieved objective basically did the distance nice comfortable pace 9 ish. Started easy with BBLB then pushed on to find Slug Would be Faster (another Fetchie !) we stayed until 18 he pushed on to get under the 3 I think. Briefly see SusieB on the turnaround she seemed to be running well. A few hills nice challenging course beside the seaside :) Big shout out to Pit Stop Crew for being

SK aka Clive Was absolutely dreading this one, heard so many horror stories. Actually wasn't so bad, got to 11 miles and started to worry about whether I was gonna do it , but in fact was ok and managed to try a sprint finish ( I was sprinting in my world!).

Treacle Ouch! Lots of nasty little hills to really mash the legs, especially having done hilly Tunbridge Wells half the week before - could still feel that one! But lovely marshals, weather held off till the end, great atmosphere and lovely friendly other runners made a great race. And now I know I can do the marathon:-)

Wabo did 3.16 last year with less training than this year but who knows? Got a pb, but my goodness I feel as though I have run a marathon today! It was tough, but then I did do a half mara the weekend before which I wouldn't do before flm so I must stop worrying!
