Awful race. Felt great til half way then felt like I got shot. Lost 30 places in 2nd half and had a terrible last lap. Total Bollocks.

Dan1006 Very heavy going in places but a new PB which I'm happy about. Even though I had no stop watch I managed to beat my predicted time by 4 seconds.

daviec Good first half, lost a bit of focus in the second half, but happy enough with this as a good hard workout. Still felt a bit groggy\chesty from the cold but I don't think it affected my run. Very muddy at some parts of the course which was expected. Done quite well on the hills which I was happy with :) 5th counter for Harriers.

hannkies Poor race. Running fine on the flat but when I got to a hill or muck I lost places all over the shop. Nothing in the legs and pretty much went through the motions in the 2nd half which wasn't a good sign as I'm fairly motivated at the moment. Road season starts now.
