Tinywhitevan Should have been a PB! Smashing race, on quiet roads - really enjoyed it. Just a shame I had a groin strain injury. Also, struggled a bit over last mile; as soon as injury's better I need to do some longer runs so I can keep effort up until the end. I got to 5k in 27 minutes, so I was almost 3 minutes slower in last 5k!
