More of a Tortoise Couldn't have gone better really :) 5 minutes faster than last year, ran all the way, wasn't last, fastest mile splits ever in a race and just about managed a negative split!! I do love this race series and would recommend it to anyone who lives even vaguely close.

AlB Made it - cant believe how expensive it is thought to travel by train to York. Didnt get much food or fluids in the day and right claf felt dodgy. But pleased with outcome of race!
