Go-KL Certainly had some interesting weather, ice snow, hail, wind cold, weak sunshine etc. Training had been going well - wanted to do this as a near marathon simulation - although in hindsight I didn't push the Heart Rate quite hard enough. The going was quite easy, only really struggled on the hills and suffered no ill effects other than a sore right toe.

RickD Had to contend with snow,wind,hail & ice today. The course certainly is undulating! I wouldn't recommend it for a p.b. Reasonably pleased with my time though, was aiming for 2:20.
