Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

bedlam_g Poor performance from me went off too quickly, ran 38 min pace for 1st 2kms and felt crap from there on. I should still have been able to handle that start and finish in under 40mins but my legs felt really heavy and I couldn’t seem to recover.

daviec Start was far too conjested on the narrow park path and loads of slower runners ignored the staggered start and came in with the fast group. I was running on a hip injury and haven't trained for nearly a month so I was happy enough with my finishing time.

Miles Monroe This race was easy peasy, until about 6.5 k, when I decided to walk (very slowly) for 10 minutes. Just checked my actual time , a lot better than I thought.I must have previously checked my race time rather than chip time.

purephase Really happy with the time, beating my previous best by a considerable margin. The only down side was hurting my right inner thigh adductor muscle at the 4k mark, i dont think it made a difference to my time but it made the rest of the race very uncomfortable especially when going up hill.
23 june just checked the official results and i was 3 seconds faster than my stop watch time, yea, finished in 466th place
