bedlam_g 1 lap around the Loch in Strathclyde Park, which contains the submerged remains of the house in which my gran was born. ** update ** Ok performance and time, enjoyed the team angle, didn’t enjoy my spectacular flight through the air and bum landing with 500m to go, which cost me a place and about 15 seconds. A big cheer for ian9657 for organising the 5 Bella teams and running himself.

ian9657 Another new distance for me so a PB guaranteed. Update. Better time than predicted but could have been faster if there had been anyone in sght to chase (apart from near the end) and if I hadn't taking a wrong route. All in all a good race/run.
