AllyB well chuffed...5 min pb and the hills didn't kill me, although the one at 10-12 miles tried its best... also destroyed my 10 mile pb by almost 4 mins! ..those downhills were a godsend...

Nephi 1st Half and very happy, enjoyed the challenge. Position 156 / 799 (29 / 106 M40) Target 7:30 min/miles to get sub 1:40, went out a bit faster to take advantage of the down hill bits and averaged 7:28 over all. Hard work on the up hill from mile 10 to 12 and not a lot left in the tank for the finish. Garmin Time 1:37:29

M62 Santa Maybe I'm pig headed but I reckon a sub 95 min is achievable on this course if I really push myself RESULT - SSMASHED TARGET SMASHED BP HERE'S TO A SUB 90MIN @ PANCAKE FLAT CARDIFF BRING IT ON!

Sandpitt I'm very happy with this result as I was unsure I could go the distance.I've virtually had no longer runs under my belt over the last few months so pleased to PB somehow!!

RichMallaber Disappointed not to get a PB with all the miles I've put in recently - I should have gone out quicker at the start! All the same it was a thouroughly enjoyable race & I'd come back again. I must find a flat race next time the last 2 have been hilly!
