darkhorse First 5k race so no idea what I will do. (just getting over a cold)

Ellioski Disappointed at my time, mainly because I know I wasn't trying hard enough. Started off too conservatively and felt comfortable running at a steady pace. Also I didn't get there until 5 mins before the start so didn't have time to warm up.

Spud-runner Sorry to those that placed bets. The recent illness and injuries have taken their toll, and despite a promising recent 10K result, I blew up after 2K and never recovered. Average HR was up over 10bpm on 1st round... but pace was slower by over 20 seconds per Km. Badly in need of more recovery I think.
