Ally2 4th today. Was up with Phil c til 2mile then hit a wall ,got a stitch and felt tired (maybe from sunday's race). Got passed by 2 runners I beat at Wollaton. Coarse had small undulations that seemed to zap my energy and rubbish mile markers 5:13, 11:13, 16:04, 21:50 (what the f**k) threw me. The only consolation is it's a PB being a new race distance I'll forget about this race and move on.. not to be today. Notts AC, Hermitage Harriers RC 21:50 21:50 21:30 21:50 76.56

rollerman Another great race from HPRC, thansk guys and girls. Not the 30 min I wanted but as I had ran 11 miles the night before and cycled 11 mile sback to work Tuesday am, well please with a hard run on tired legs, and boy did they feel tired... Long Eaton Running Club 28:16 32:27 32:27 56.09
