EyeSpy21 Didn't really enjoy this race... too hot and legs too tired. Had to stop and walk for about a minute after 2K due to a stitch. But still got a pb! Roll on Troon and a nice cool evening. And Debs... don't enter any hurdle events until you have mastered the technique!

hannkies Not great, started out intending to go for sub 35. 1st K way to fast,around 3.13 (32 min pace !) realised around 1/2 way it wasn't happening today, and definately spat the dummy a bit.Only 29 seconds outside pb,but must do better at Troon me feels....

Baza Ran better than expected given I've got an ankle injury. This is always a favourite with me - It's flat and fast. Slower than last year, but glad to get round. 101st out of 672 finishers.

Maverick69 Last year 56:35 Started off too fast. Found I lost my pace on 3rd and 4th K. I have ran consistently under 43mins last 2 months, maybe did not allow for the heat. A well organised race, will get under 44mins next year.

Debstir Ran this last year in 54:41 but only found that out 1/2 hour ago! Didn't have a 'Prediction' but had said 54mins to someone before the race. Was nearly a DNS after clattering on to the track when attacked by a barrier! No broken bones so off I went. Was really warm with not much breeze so really pleased with my time (although I'd have been really pleased with it had it been any other weather!).
