dd My first parkrun and both ecstatic & gutted by the result! A PB by over 40 secs but 4 secs over that elusive sub 30 :( I tried soooo hard to make it and thought I had as my garmin just turned over to 30 mins on the line but it was not to be. Tough wee course but I am already itching to do it again. And the post race coffe, cake and banter was fab!
