Son of a Pronator Man Rescheduled from March, when heavy snow forced a postponement. One lap of Gartmorn dam in bright sunshine sheltered from the breezy wind by the trees. On the first and last mile through the woods, there were tree roots and a few steep descents to catch the unwary - but not me, a regular runner on this route. I was pleased to go comfortably under 7 minute miles for this distance, showing some steady if unspectacular improvement in my performance over the course of the year
