krusty First time I've done this one, first half was more or less as expected, the last few miles seemed to be all downhill. Will definately be doing this one again

phal Pleased with the run - some good mile split times thanks to the down hill, and not far off the PB... and purly done as a training run. hooray! did get a bit competative over the last few miles though :o)
