awatson2 Just back from swine flu / chest infection, will use as long run and to try build fitness level back up UPDATE well not sure where that came from, should not be at level at the moment, veery happy.

keyring Chuffed with my pb of over 3 mins but more so as it was my first ever negative split and the best paced race i have run. Felt comfortable al the way apart from heavy legs at 11 miles but prob due to the extra water i was carrying by that time .... couple of beers tonight me thinks ;o)
