Gobi It is the up run this year. Last years training went well and my knee played up, so a bronze it was. It has been good since. Started training on November the 13th after an easy month and plan to train harder and faster. June 1st UPDATE I am going for SILVER so tiime adjusted. The training is done, 1300+ miles since January + what I did in Nov and Dec. No injuries just 87.5KMs to focus on June 17th 2:12AM I'm awake, missed silver by 19 mins but what a great race. On the day she was better than me. Loved it all even when the hamstrings went I still felt mentally so strong. I will get that SIlver.

RatRace Absolutely WONDERFUL day, my family helped me a lot with seconding, saw them 6 times en-route! Legs felt good, no stitch as usual, just a wonderful day out, enjoyed the hills... Pleased to get under goal.
